Artist Music Submission Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Thank you for your interest in sharing your music with Deh Island Radio. We are proud to support artists from the USVI, Caribbean, and around the world.

Before submitting music, please review the following policy.

Eligibility:

Artists, bands, producers, labels, managers, and authorized representatives may submit music for consideration.

All submissions must be made by the copyright owner or an individual authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submission Requirements:

To be considered for airplay, artists should provide:

Artist name
Song title
MP3 audio file
Clean version (preferred)
Album or project name (if applicable)
Social media links (optional)
Artist biography
Cover artwork

Additional information may be requested during the review process.

Rights & Permissions:

By submitting music to Deh Island Radio, you represent and warrant that:

You own the necessary rights to the submitted content or have permission from the copyright owner to submit it.
Your submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The information provided is accurate and complete.

Submission of music does not guarantee:

Artist Spotlight features
Interviews
Reviews
Promotional opportunities

All submissions are reviewed at the sole discretion of Deh Island Radio and Island Frequency Media LLC.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, remove, or discontinue airplay of any submission at any time.

Promotion & Artist Spotlight

If selected, submitted music may be featured through:

Radio broadcasts
Artist Spotlight segments
Social media posts
Website features
Promotional campaigns
Special programming

Additional permissions may be requested for certain promotional activities.

Compensation

Submission of music does not create any employment relationship, partnership, or entitlement to compensation from Deh Island Radio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Agreements

Deh Island Radio may require artists to complete additional forms, licenses, agreements, or documentation before airplay, promotion, interviews, or special features.
