We value relationships with businesses, organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and event organizers that align with our mission of connecting the USVI, Caribbean, and diaspora communities through music, culture, education, and conversation.

This Sponsorship & Advertising Policy outlines the general guidelines governing sponsorships, advertisements, promotions, and marketing opportunities with Deh Island Radio and Island Frequency Media LLC.

Eligibility

We welcome sponsorship and advertising inquiries from:

Businesses
Nonprofit organizations
Community organizations
Government agencies
Educational institutions
Event organizers
Artists and entertainers
Service providers

All sponsorships and advertisements are subject to review and approval.

Opportunities may include:

On-air advertisements
Program sponsorships
Event sponsorships
Community sponsorships
Artist Spotlight sponsorships
Athlete Spotlight sponsorships
Website advertising
Social media promotions
Custom marketing campaigns
Special event coverage

Availability may vary based on scheduling and station programming.

Content Standards

Deh Island Radio reserves the right to reject, decline, suspend, edit, or remove any advertisement, sponsorship, promotion, or content that:

Violates applicable laws
Contains false or misleading claims
Contains offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or inappropriate content
Promotes illegal activity
Conflicts with station values, policies, or community standards

Approval of one advertisement does not guarantee approval of future advertisements.

No Endorsement

Acceptance of sponsorship or advertising does not constitute an endorsement by Deh Island Radio, Island Frequency Media LLC, its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, volunteers, or affiliates.

Advertisers and sponsors remain solely responsible for their products, services, claims, and representations.

Payment & Production

Advertising and sponsorship opportunities may be subject to:

Production fees
Sponsorship fees
Advertising fees
Event coverage fees
Other agreed-upon charges

Payment terms will be outlined in separate agreements, invoices, proposals, or sponsorship packages.

Scheduling & Placement

While Deh Island Radio will make reasonable efforts to provide agreed-upon placements, we do not guarantee:

Specific listener numbers
Audience demographics
Business results
Sales outcomes
Lead generation
Event attendance

Advertising performance may vary.

Intellectual Property

Sponsors and advertisers represent that they possess the necessary rights to any logos, trademarks, audio, images, videos, or other materials submitted for promotional purposes.

The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Deh Island Radio and Island Frequency Media LLC from any claims arising from submitted materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deh Island Radio and Island Frequency Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from sponsorships, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, or related services.

Additional Agreements

Certain sponsorships, advertising campaigns, partnerships, event coverage arrangements, or promotional opportunities may require separate written agreements.
